If there is ever any question about the level of talent driving DC's cultural renaissance, food 'zine The Runcible Spoon will close the conversation. It is rare to find this quality of content anywhere right now, so I'm doubly proud that The Runcible Spoon calls DC home.The "Mad Science" issue was just released today and you can pick it up at a number of stores here in the District (Pulp, Treasury, It's Vintage Darling, etc.). If you're a foodie who lives outside the beltway, you can order a copy of your own on Etsy.
